Who are we?

Kara Solutions is founded as a tech company in Norway. 

Burak Kara, co-founder of Kara Software, built up  Shamansoft in 2014 which was acquired by another company in 2016. He came to Norway in 2016 as a senior software engineer. He has 10+ years of experience in software development on different domains and platforms. He has worked as technical lead/architect and manager for companies of different sizes and traits; from large corporates which compete in Digital Twin Business for Energy Industries, like Aker Solutions, Cognite, Aize and Kongsberg Digital to startups like The Future Group in game/entertainment industries. Having had almost every imaginable role in software-related projects; Burak has gained an understanding of any aspect of software development. He has a passion for code and learning. 

Zeynep Kara, co-founder of Kara Software, came to Norway in 2019 as a senior software engineer. She has developed a graduation project which is bought by a famous e-commercial company in Turkey.  She has 8+ years of experience in software engineering. She has worked as a senior software developer mainly in cybersecurity companies like Comodo and Promon. She has always had a great interest in solving challenges, providing scalable and sustainable projects; built highly scalable solutions which handled millions of requests per second. 

We work with ambitious to define flexible, scalable solutions to industry challenges in: strategy, marketing, organization, operations, information technology, digital transformation and strategy, advanced analytics, transformations, sustainability, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions, across all industries and geographies.
